Where possible, our home communities are also equipped with a reclaimed water system that collects rainwater and runoff to be used for toilets, car washing, and watering plants.

The price of each home is set according to the local rental market. We partner with local mortgage providers to offer loan options tailored to middle-class buyers. By screening lenders, we ensure buyers have access to the best financing choices that meet their needs.
Through our non-profit arm, buyers can access down payment assistance and receive additional support to help them prepare for homeownership.
